The Development Agenda for Western Nigeria (DAWN) Commission is to hosta strategic meeting on South-West Regional Rail Infrastructure, undear the auspices of Lagos State government.

The DAWN Commission is the dedicated technocratic institution for the sustainable development of the South-West region.

DAWN Commission was set up by the governments of the South-West states of Nigeria as the institutional and programme management body to midwife their Regional Integration Agenda.
