Video: Giant Elephant Spotted in Imobi/Itasin, Ijebu East, Days After Fatal Attack

Residents of Imobi and Itasin communities in Ijebu East Local Government Area of Ogun State have raised an alarm following the sighting of a giant elephant in the area.

This comes just days after a tragic incident in which a farmer was reportedly killed by an elephant in the same vicinity. According to local sources, the attack was unprovoked, heightening fears of further danger from the wandering wildlife.

Community members are urging government authorities and wildlife agencies to intervene promptly to prevent another tragedy and to investigate the cause of the elephant’s presence in the area.

The Ogun State government is yet to issue an official statement on the matter.
