The Federal Government of Nigeria has introduced the National Health Fellows Programme, a 1-year initiative designed to foster innovation and leadership in the country’s health sector.

This program is open to young Nigerian professionals who are passionate about leadership development and sectoral change.

The National Health Fellows Programme aims to bring together a cohort of emerging professionals from various disciplines, including health and health-related fields, information technology, and social sciences.

The fellows will undergo rigorous training and engagement to equip them with the expertise needed to drive positive change in the health sector.

The program offers a range of benefits, including a 1-year fellowship opportunity, training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, as well as exposure to best practices in health. A stipend will also be provided to support participation and living expenses.

Interested applicants can submit their applications through the program’s website http://healthfellows. ng

The deadline for application is January 27, 2025.
