West Africa’s First Ever Rolling Stock Assembly Plant Completed

In Kajola, Ogun state, Nigeria, China Civil Engineering Construction Company (CCECC8) finished construction of the region’s first rolling stock assembly facility.
Several wagons will be produced at the facility for Nigeria’s Lagos-Ibadan and Abuja-Kaduna train lines.
The facility would present a significant opportunity for specialists, craftsmen, and others to develop specialized knowledge for the creation and upkeep of rolling stock.
