President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called on young Nigerians to harness the power of digital platforms not only for self-expression but also as tools for problem-solving and national development. Speaking at the Progressives Digital Media Summit on Friday, the President urged the youth to contribute actively to Nigeriaโ€™s progress through innovation, mentorship, and digital accountability.

Addressing a hall filled with young digital professionals and an even wider virtual audience, Tinubu emphasized that Nigeriaโ€™s youth remain the countryโ€™s most valuable investment. โ€œYour ideas, your energy, and your commitment to national development are among Nigeriaโ€™s greatest assets,โ€ he said.

The President encouraged young people to ensure their digital footprints reflect integrity, leadership, and purpose. โ€œLet your actions speak of a generation that did not wait for permission to lead, but stepped forward with courage and clarity,โ€ he charged.

Concluding his remarks, Tinubu stressed that while many forces will shape Nigeriaโ€™s future, the most decisive will be the bold choices made by young citizens who dare to imagine and have the skills to build.
