Òyó State rolls out enrolment into the BHCPF scheme

As part of the commitment to bring quality, affordable and accessible health care to the residents of Òyó State, Òyó State Health Insurance Agency has commenced another round of enrolment into the Basic HealthCare Provision Fund scheme.

The BHCPF was initially aimed at capturing 37,500 indigenes that includes the aged, children (under 5), physically challenged and pregnant women across the 33 local government areas.

In other to capture more lives into the scheme, the Agency has reviewed upwards the number of enrollees for BHCPF, to 65, 000 lives to accommodate more residents of the State.

In this new round of enrolment into the BHCPF scheme, the enrolment team have gone to register vulnerable, physically challenged people, aged, pregnant women and children under 5 at Saki West, ATISBO, Itesiwaju, Iseyin, Iwajowa, Kajola, Ibarapa North, Ibarapa East, Central LGA’s Respectively.

Currently the enrolment team is at Kajola, Orelope and Surulere LGA’s enrolling residents that meets the criteria into the BHCPF scheme.
