President Bola Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media has effectively declared Hon. Dele Oshinowo as the winner of the Kosofe House of Representatives primary, writing: “Today, I am very pleased and happy to join my brother, my friend and my leader, Dr Muritala Seriki, as he meets with Hon.
