The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has handed over a 750-unit luxury housing estate seized from former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Godwin Emefiele, to the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa.

The Minister announced that the luxury duplexes will be made available for purchase by interested Nigerian buyers through a transparent and competitive process.

The sale will be extensively promoted and overseen through the Renewed Hope Portal, ensuring a fair and open procedure for all prospective buyers.

This development is part of the Government’s efforts to recoup its losses and maximize the value of recovered assets.

The seized luxury housing estate is expected to provide a significant boost to the government’s housing initiatives, offering Nigerians a chance to own luxurious homes through a structured and competitive process.
