Residents of Imo State have expressed their frustration and disappointment over the deplorable state of the Nekede-Ihiagwa-Obinze Road, calling on the Government to intervene and repair the road.

The road, which connects several communities in the state, has been in a state of disrepair for years, causing difficulties for motorists and pedestrians alike.

Residents have complained about the numerous potholes, erosion, and lack of drainage systems on the road, which have made it nearly impassable.

The residents are calling on the Imo State government to take immediate action to repair the road and restore it to a safe and passable condition.

“We urge the government to come to our aid and fix this road,” said resident.

“We are tired of suffering because of the negligence of our leaders.”

The Imo State Government has been criticized in the past for its handling of infrastructure projects, including road construction and maintenance.
