The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has recognized the outstanding academic achievements of Samuel Badekale and Haroun Adebakin, the best graduating students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) with a perfect 5.0 CGPA.

The Governor has appointed them as Education Ambassadors of Ogun State, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to promoting excellence in education.

As part of the recognition, each graduate received N10 million, aiming to encourage other students to strive for academic success.

Governor Abiodun reaffirmed that education remains a key focus of his Building Our Future Together agenda, and the government will continue to support individuals who bring pride to the state through exceptional accomplishments.

The Governor praised the graduates for their perseverance, consistency, and discipline, which helped them achieve their targets.

He noted that their academic success was beyond the ordinary and that they had made the state proud.

The appointment of Badekale and Adebakin as Education Ambassadors is expected to motivate other students to emulate their good virtues and strive for academic excellence.
