A female student in Enugu State has taken to social media to advise prospective students, commonly referred to as “jambites,” to reconsider their decision to attend schools in the state due to the severe water woes.

In a viral video, the student, who was on campus for her clearance, expressed her frustration with the lack of basic amenities, particularly water. “If you’re probably thinking of putting any school in Enugu in your JAMB form, please k*ll it,” she said.

She further lamented the exorbitant cost of water in the state, stating, “There is no water in Enugu. We buy a gallon of water here for 400 naira. There is no good water here, no light, and everywhere is hot.”

The student’s warning highlights the dire situation in Enugu State, where students are struggling to access basic necessities like water.

The crisis has raised concerns about the living conditions and overall well-being of students in the state.
