Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, has been declared the winner of the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Chairmanship Election by the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC).

Olowa garnered an impressive 59,342 votes in the election.

The declaration was made by Bankole Oduntan Adetola, the LASIEC Local Government Area returning officer, at the Ibeju-Lekki Collation Centre on Saturday evening.

This victory marks another win for Olowa, who has received widespread recognition for his leadership and developmental initiatives in Ibeju-Lekki.

Notably, Olowa was recently awarded the “Best Performing Local Government Chairman” award for 2024, a proof to his effective governance and commitment to the community.
