Two missing riders tragically found dead in Ondo

Tragedy strikes in Iyani Akoko community as bodies of two missing motorcyclists found lifeless with stance of blood.

The tragic incident which occurred at Akoko Northwest Local Government Area of Ondo State has raised security concerns as residents said they were brutally murmured by some unknown armed men.

The incident nvolved one Dada Jatto, aged 28, and another individual whose identity remains unknown.

Reports indicate that Mr. Jatto had been missing for three days before his body was discovered. His dismembered body and damaged phone were found near Arigidi, along the Okeagbe road, with his motorbike missing.

The other victim was reportedly enticed to a secluded area between Ikare and Arigidi, where his head was crushed. It is said that he managed to describe his attacker before dying.

Vigilante groups and security forces have apprehended a suspect in Akunu Akoko, a town near the Kogi State border.

Police Public Relations Officer Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya has confirmed the incident and stated that an investigation is underway.
