Ooni of Ife Welcomes Set of Twins

One of the new wives of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, has given birth to a set of twins (a boy and a girl).

This was made known today by the foremost Yoruba traditional ruler in an announcement posted on his verified Facebook page.

He wrote: “To God be the glory, great things He has done. Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Tobiloba, who today birthed a Prince and Princess to the Royal throne of Oduduwa.
Mother and children are doing well to the glory of God Almighty.”

According to the Yoruba monarch, Queen Tobi gave birth to twins on Saturday, March 16, 2024.

He also revealed that she welcomed a prince and a princess.
