The Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has expressed profound gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for the successful rescue of the Oriire schoolchildren and for the massive infrastructural development sweeping across Oyo State.
Speaking in praise of the President, the monarch declared: “We have never had it this good. Mr. President, we can see the infrastructural development you are bringing to Oyo State. There are over 10 ongoing projects worth more than ₦2 trillion across the state.”
The Olubadan also commended the security forces for their efforts in securing the release of the 46 abducted pupils and teachers, who spent 56 days in captivity before being rescued. His remarks underscore the growing confidence in the Tinubu administration’s commitment to security and development in the South-West.
