‘Nothing makes sense without you’ – Wizkid Celebrates Mother’s Posthumous Birthday

Afrobeats artiste, Wizkid, has paid tribute to his mother, Jane Morayo Balogun, on her first posthumous birthday.

He expressed his heartfelt emotions via social media, lamenting the void her passing had left in his life.

Wizkid revealed that he missed her everyday and felt lost without her guidance.

He wrote: “Happy birthday, love of my life! I miss you every day. The first one without you here feels unreal. Nothing makes sense without you, mama! Life is empty without you. Continue to watch over us! My heart is broken forever! Love you, love love you, MORAYO mi. Your smile is a memory I will never forget. Your laugh! Your hugs and kisses. I miss you dearly!”

Wizkid had also announced an upcoming album titled ‘Morayo’ in her honour, though the release date remains undisclosed.
