The individual responsible for the car attack at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany has been identified as Talib Al-Abdulmohsen, a Saudi-born psychiatrist and activist.

According to reports, Al-Abdulmohsen has been living in Germany since 2006 and has been an outspoken critic of Islam.

He has also expressed extreme anti-German sentiments, stating on social media that he wants to “slaughter Germans.”

Al-Abdulmohsen is reportedly wanted by Saudi Arabia on charges related to terrorism and human trafficking. Despite these charges, Germany has refused to extradite him and has instead granted him political asylum.

As the investigation into the Christmas market attack continues, authorities are working to determine the motivations behind Al-Abdulmohsen’s actions.
