Barcelona will wrap up their pre-season preparations with a highly anticipated match against Monaco in the Joan Gamper Trophy final tonight.

The match will take place at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys stadium in Catalonia, Spain.

This annual friendly tournament serves as a traditional curtain-raiser for the new season, and Barcelona has dominated it, winning 46 times, including a 4-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur last year.

The Barcelona has enjoyed a successful pre-season tour in the US, remaining unbeaten with victories over Manchester City and Real Madrid, and a draw against AC Milan.

Despite missing key players due to injuries, Hansi Flick’s team is poised to deliver an exciting performance tonight.

Monaco, on the other hand, has experienced a mixed pre-season, winning only one of their five friendly matches.

However, they boast an impressive record from last season, finishing second in Ligue 1 and securing a spot in the Champions League group stages for the new season.

The match kicks off at 19:00 BST / 16:00 ET / 13:00 PT.
