The Kwara State Government has taken former Governor Bukola Saraki to court over his claim that Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq did not study beyond secondary school.

Saraki had made the statement during a political gathering, questioning the governor’s educational qualifications. The state government, through the Attorney-General, filed a lawsuit, arguing that the claim was defamatory and aimed at misleading the public.
