Super Falcons captain and Yoruba daughter, Rasheedat Ajibade, has sealed a high-profile move to French giants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) from Atlético Madrid.

The 24-year-old forward, celebrated for her speed, skill, and leadership, has been a key figure for Nigeria, notably at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and in WAFCON qualifiers.

Her move is being hailed as a big win for Nigerian football, placing another African talent on one of Europe’s biggest stages. Nicknamed “The Girl With the Blue Hair,” Ajibade’s story continues to inspire young girls across Nigeria and beyond.
