Minister of agriculture provides critical assistance to accident victims

The Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security, Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, rushed to the aid of accident victims on the Bida-Makwa road in Niger State.

The accident, which occurred in Batati, involved a vehicle carrying medical doctors from the University Teaching Hospital in Ilorin, Kwara State, who were returning from a program in Borno State.

Tragically, one person lost their life in the accident, while several others sustained injuries. Minister Abdullahi quickly sprang into action, providing his official vehicle to transport the survivors to the hospital. He also offered financial assistance to cover their medical expenses.

The Minister’s swift response and kindness have been widely praised, and he took the opportunity to urge drivers to exercise caution and adhere to traffic regulations to prevent such accidents.

Minister Abdullahi’s selfless actions demonstrate his commitment to serving the people and highlight the importance of empathy and quick thinking in emergency situations.
