Taiwo Afolabi, Nigerian billionaire and founder of SIFAX Group, owns the Lagos Marriott Hotel in Ikeja GRA. He is married to Afolashade Abosede Afolabi, who also serves as Chairman of the group.

The hotel operates under Mac Folly Hospitality Limited, a SIFAX subsidiary, and is managed by Marriott International. Completed in May 2021, it is a 7 storey facility with 251 rooms.

Reports show room prices range from about N583,635 for standard rooms to N3.9 million for the Presidential Suite.
