Video: Air France fligh offload French National in Abuja Airport with no Nigeria visa

The unruly French passenger causes chaos at Abuja Airport as Air France ordered to airlift him out

The French national was deboarded from an Air France flight at Abuja International Airport due to his unruly behavior, which posed a safety risk to other passengers.

The passenger, who was traveling to France, did not possess a Nigerian visa and was therefore not allowed into Abuja.

The French Embassy staff and a doctor visited the passenger, and he was provided with accommodation in a hotel within the airport terminal.

However, his disruptive behavior continued, and he was subsequently deboarded by British Airways.

In another attempt to depart, the passenger presented an e-ticket to Asky, but failed to provide evidence of payment.

The airline declined to airlift him, and immigration officials had a challenging time handling the erratic passenger.

The passenger’s behavior became increasingly erratic, with him littering the terminal and screaming,
“My passport, my passport.”

Immigration officers ensured that he boarded his flight before handing him his international passport to prevent him from escaping into the city.

Miriam Anosike, NCAA Consumer Protection regional head, addressed Air France personnel sternly, reminding them that they were responsible for airlifting the passenger out of Nigeria as he was becoming a liability to the country.

“If you are afraid to airlift him, why do you expect other airlines to be responsible for him? Get him a ticket and move him tomorrow!”
