FIFA has announced details for ticket sales ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, set to be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
According to the world football governing body, the first phase of ticket sales will begin on September 10, 2025, starting with a Visa presale draw before opening to the general public.

Ticket prices for the 2026 edition will start at $60 for group-stage matches, while premium seats for the final match could reach $6,730. For the first time, FIFA will adopt a dynamic pricing system, allowing prices to fluctuate based on demand.
The 2026 World Cup is expected to attract record attendance, featuring 48 teams and 104 matches across multiple cities in the three host nations. Hospitality and VIP packages are already available through FIFA’s official channels.

FIFA also reflected on the 2022 Qatar World Cup, where over 2 million tickets were sold globally. The cheapest tickets for international fans in 2022 were priced at 250 Qatari Riyals (approximately $69), with sales completed through several phases including random draws and first-come-first-served options.

With ticketing preparations now underway, football fans around the world are gearing up for what promises to be the largest World Cup in history.
