Social media is buzzing after Laila Charani, the fourth wife of Nigerian lawmaker and businessman Ned Nwoko, publicly called out fellow wife Regina Daniels in a shocking statement that has sparked massive online reactions.

In the viral post, Laila accused Regina Daniels of fueling tensions within the family and allegedly influencing her negatively in the past. She also denied ever receiving money from Regina, describing such claims as false.

Laila wrote in part:

“How dare you say that you ever gave me money, for what exactly? I am very contented with the provisions my husband makes for our family… You also know that my husband completely hates alcohol, drugs, and smoking… The only reason you are fighting my husband is because he wants you to stop your drug and alcohol addiction.”

She further alleged that Regina had been “a bad influence” since joining the family and claimed she would not trust her daughters around her unsupervised.

The statement has since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions across social media, with many Nigerians expressing surprise at the depth of the allegations.
