Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane, will remain in the Premier League if he is not sold before their league opener against Brentford on August 13, according to Sky Sports.
Kane feels that out of respect for the club and the new manager, Ange Postecoglou, it would be unfair for him to leave once the season has started.
Bayern Munich have been in talks to sign the England captain for weeks.
The Bundesliga champions are looking to improve on the last £81.7m (€95m) offer they submitted to Spurs.
Any potential deal for Kane would be Bayern’s biggest transfer ever.
Kane was also linked with Manchester United, but the Red Devils are close to sealing a deal for Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund.
