The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Vice Chairman Admin, Joint Campus Council (JCC) Ondo state, Afe Samson, has advised Nigerian students not to sell their votes to politicians who only show fake love ahead of the Ondo election, slated for November 16, 2024.

Afe Samson described these politicians as “use and dumb politics oppressors” who do not have students’ best interests at heart. He cautioned students against selling votes for petty gifts or engaging in ballot snatching, emphasizing that their future lies in their hands.

“Vote wisely to make Ondo state a better place for students,” Afe Samson urged. “Choose leaders who prioritize students’ interests and ensure good governance.”

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has also stressed the importance of fair and peaceful elections.

Afe Samson’s message is clear for students to have the power to shape Ondo state’s future.

He emphasized that voting responsibly, they can create a better tomorrow
