Business Matters Incubators (BMI) school is holding a catch-them-young programme for young entrepreneurs.

The event, scheduled for Friday at Oriental Hotels and Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos, according to Nnamdi Unachukwu, BMI senior consultant, said BMI nurtured young minds to become business leaders.

At a briefing in Lagos, Unachukwu said: “Early learning is always a motivation for acquiring behaviour and habits since learning modifies behaviour, cognitive, motor, and sensory levels, integrating changes in our values and attitudes.”

He said his team developed a sixth-sense approach with resource materials, such as textbooks, workbooks, discussion books, cartoons, practical books, video-recorded teachings, and gaming that suit young learners.

Associate professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at Lagos Business School, Henrietta Onwuegbuzie, added: “We need more job creators not more job seekers, our schools are throwing out more students and jobs are not there. There are problems around us and enterpreneurs are problem solvers. They are solution providers…”
